Ty’s Family Meets Organ Recipients in Texas - March 2013

DALLAS – It was only a year ago that Ty’s life was cut short in a tragic accident in Longview, Texas. But throughout the course of that year, Ty’s spirit has been alive and well.

Ty’s family recently made a trip to Dallas to visit with three people who were touched by Ty in a very special way—their lives were saved when they received his organs. His heart, kidneys and pancreas were able to provide a new lease on life to three thankful individuals.

For Ty’s family, the time spent is therapeutic. While it’s difficult knowing that Ty is gone, it’s a blessing to see his gifts at work.
